Bye Bye Harry Potter

The end of an era. A few weeks ago, Brian and I donned our Harry Potter costumes, went to the movie theatre at midnight, and stayed up until 2:30 to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 in the theatre. The movie was satisfying, but the experience was just okay. Sorry Vancouver, but you don't know how to do Harry Potter parties like Salt Lake City. Prior to the movie we just stood in a line with a bunch of high schoolers in mediocre costumes. Needless to say, there wasn't a Harry Potter wedding at the theatre.

Knowing that there wouldn't be any more book release parties or movie releases, and that Harry and the Potters concerts and Harry Potter parties would become more rare, I made sure to do as many Harry Potter events in the month of July as possible.
